Personal training is a great way to achieve your individual fitness goals.  Whether your goal is losing weight, increasing strength, improving form, preparing for a sport/event, or you just prefer a more personal setting, I can design an individualized program just for you that will ensure faster results.

  • $45/session
  • $40/session [10 session package]
  • $35/session (small group training sessions)
