This 8-week challenge is going to help you kick off 2020 on the right track towards your fitness goals. You will have a combination of strength training and running/walking workouts. Sign up ASAP!! NO Intimidating in class challenges. Show up and complete the regular class workouts!

Prizes are based on the amount of people that sign up. Prizes are monthly membership related.

The important details:

Challenge begins 1/12 and ends 3/8.

  • You MUST be a member of R.E.P. Fitness to participate. ($75 for unlimited monthly membership)
  • EVERY person MUST weigh in weekly at R.E.P. Fitness. If you are traveling during the 8 weeks, please let me know now, I will make sure you are not disqualified for a missed weigh in.
  • 1 BONUS point given for every NEW member you refer that participates in the challenge

MANDATORY Requirements:

  • EACH person must attend a minimum of 2 classes per week.
  • EACH person must run or walk a minimum of 5 miles per week.

$30 per person towards “prize pool”

Winners are determined by taking % of weight lost and inches lost. 1 point for every inch lost Highest totals win.

*Weigh ins will be every Sunday morning between 730-9am, no exceptions.
*Measurements on inches lost for your chest, waist, hips, thighs, and arms will be taken every 4 weeks.
