Cheyenne Dunnells

Cheyenne graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, focusing on Mental Health Counseling. Wanting to help people improve both their mental and physical well-being, she earned her Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2021.

Since 2022, Cheyenne has been leading group fitness classes and loves creating a fun, positive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, supported, and encouraged to show up as they are. She has also earned NASM certifications in Nutrition Coaching and Group Fitness Specialization, allowing her to take a well-rounded approach to helping others feel their best.

Cheyenne believes fitness should be enjoyable, empowering, and fit into your real life- not the other way around. Whether you’re picking up your kids, hiking your favorite trail, or simply wanting to feel stronger in your daily routine, she’s passionate about helping you move better and feel better, while having a little fun along the way!
